Shana Lewis moved to the United States from Australia in 2001. Her understanding of finance and accounting commenced in her native Australia where she worked as an accountant for leading global companies, Coca-Cola Inc. and Merck Pharmaceuticals.
During her first year in the U.S., she worked for a mortgage company where her accounting role was further enhanced by real estate accounting. She also consulted for Pacific Theatres Corporation in Los Angeles, where Shana fell in love with our country, city and the people in it. She wanted to share her expertise and the accounting practices that make the large corporations so successful. She has conveyed these advantages to companies in various sectors ranging from commercial and investment real estate to plumbing companies, to advertising services.
She has helped these firms to free up time and focus on what really matters...expanding their bottom line! In 2004 her accounting role concentrated on providing services to the growing needs of small businesses– individuals, partnerships and corporations. Having worked with a variety of small business owners, she has developed a deep sense of the day-to-day requirements of a small business operation.
As the founder of BOTTOM LINE ACCOUNTING SERVICES, Shana has been assisting individuals, families and businesses with bookkeeping, information reporting, tax accounting, payroll etc. for more than 25 years. Shana provides clarity and insight to her clients to keep their businesses running smoothly, allowing them to focus on growth. She specializes in small business strategies by applying the techniques and experience she has developed over the years with businesses large and small.
Shana received her education from Sydney College in Australia and holds a degree in Commerce and Accounting.
